Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be over-the-moon happy with your jewelry purchase from Diana Widman Design. If you’re not, here is what you need to know to return an item.

Custom orders are not refundable under any circumstances.

To return an item, you must contact us within ten days of receiving it to get a return authorization number. Then, return the item via insured mail, ensuring it is carefully packaged to prevent damage. Once received, a refund will be issued for the item’s price (minus shipping costs) if it is in new and undamaged condition.

Step 1: Contact the seller and get a return authorization

  • Call or email within ten days of receiving the item.
  • Provide the details of your return.
  • Wait for a return authorization number, which you must include with your return.

Step 2: Package the item for return

  • Wrap the item very carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Return the item via insured mail.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3: Receive your refund

  • A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item.
  • The refund will be the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
  • The refund is contingent on the item being in new and undamaged condition, with no scratches, dents, dings, or missing parts.
